Still, she is not a vain and self-absorbed superstar. When asked what is most important in her life, she quickly responds, "My family." She makes sacrifices in her career for her family, instead of making sacrifices in her family for her career. She still plans date nights with her husband and picks up her kids from school.

Michelle Pfeiffer is in talks to star in Cheri – an adaptation of the 1920s novel by French author Colette. This would reunite Michelle with several of the people who made the movie Dangerous Liaisons. She played such a fabulous role in that period movie, so I hope this new movie comes to fruition also.

"Racially, I`m a mutt. My father was Dutch, Irish and German, and my mother is Swiss and Swede - so many things I can`t keep track," Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

"I have a real Irish temper. I`m very organised like the Germans, and I also have the thing that people say Swedes have - of looking like they`re keeping a secret. Have you ever heard of that? I`ve been accused of it," she added.
